Product Details
HSK, HFS SERIES TOOL HOLDER
Product Introduction
Designed for PCD tools on high-speed precision machine tools, HSK and HFS tool holders use taper-and-face dual clamping to contact the spindle for accurate repeat positioning. They are used for engine cylinder head and transmission housing machining, with heat-shrink, integral, and flange-adapter configurations available. Products are factory balanced to G2.5 and supplied with internal coolant holes.
Key Advantages
- Taper and face dual positioning for high repeat clamping accuracy
- Sufficient rigidity for high-speed, high-precision cutting
- Suitable for precision machining of engine and transmission components
- Heat-shrink, integral, and flange-adapter structures available
- Factory balancing grade G2.5 for high-speed stability
- Built-in coolant holes to extend tool service life
Applications
High-precision machining of automotive engine cylinder heads and transmission housings.
BT SERIES TOOL HOLDER
Product Introduction
The BT series is a composite tool holder designed for piston machining. It integrates rough and finish boring of piston pin holes, circlip groove machining, and hole-mouth chamfering, enabling multiple operations with one tool. The series is intended for high-volume automated piston pin-hole production lines. When PCD inserts are worn, regrinding and insert replacement services are available to support tool reuse.
Key Advantages
- Integrates boring, grooving, and chamfering operations
- One clamping process for multiple machining operations
- Suitable for high-volume automated piston pin-hole production lines
- PCD inserts can be reground and replaced for repeated use
Applications
Batch machining of internal-combustion engine piston pin holes and circlip grooves.
ARBOR TOOL HOLDER SERIES
Product Introduction
The arbor tool holder series supports standard arbors for the full range of PCD and PCBN tools and also supports custom arbors and fixtures. For rough and finish boring of aluminum alloy wheels, the dedicated wheel arbor uses PCD as both the cutting edge and guide strip. PCD low-friction characteristics work with a fine-adjustment mechanism for fast size adjustment, while high-rigidity clamping plates and dedicated coolant outlets support the corresponding machining conditions.
Key Advantages
- Standard and custom arbors and fixtures are available
- PCD on wheel arbors serves both cutting and guiding functions
- Low-friction PCD guiding supports more stable machining dimensions
- High-precision fine-adjustment mechanism for rapid tool size adjustment
- High-rigidity clamping plates improve process safety
- Dedicated internal coolant structure for heavy cutting of aluminum alloy
Applications
Aluminum alloy wheels and various custom precision internal-bore machining applications.
Customization Support
UHD supports technical coordination for custom tool holders, arbors, and fixtures based on machine tool interfaces, workpiece materials, part structures, process arrangements, and cooling conditions. Custom solutions can be developed for special equipment, special working conditions, and dedicated machining tasks.
