CBN Whirling Insert Series for Ball Screws
UHD CBN whirling inserts are precision profile cutting inserts for high-speed ball screw raceway forming. Multiple inserts cut synchronously in a whirling cutter head, helping transfer the required raceway profile in a single pass and supporting selected milling-for-grinding replacement processes.
Designed for ball screw manufacturers, machine tool builders, and cutter head integrators, these inserts combine CBN wear resistance with drawing-based profile customization for stable batch machining of internal and external raceways.
